How do I get a rental application?

What is included in weekly rent?
Gas, Electric, Water, Sewer, Trash, Internet are included.
How much is the weeklyly rent?
Base rent is $1400.00/week. This does not include the extras from pets or extra adults.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit of $1000.00. Additional deposit amounts would be added when a pet of extra adult is added
What size are the apartments?
There are 4 apartments that vary in size from 800 to 1000 sq ft.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, but there are limits on the number and size is under 30 pounds. An additional $100.00/pet is added to rent and an additional deposit of $400.00 is required at the time the pet is included in the lease agreement.
What is occupancy of the house?
Occcupancy is 4-6 adults. An additional adult can be added for an additional $100/adult.
What parking is available?
Parking is available without a permit.

Acheson’s Resort, Froggies, and Tilton Hilton are 2-4 minutes walking from the house.
