How do I get a rental application?

What is included in weekly or weekend rent?
Gas, Electric, Water, Sewer, Trash, Internet are included.
How much is the rent?
Base rent is $1,400/week or $400/weekend (2 night minimum). This does not include the extras from pets or extra adults.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit of $400 for weekly and $150 for weekend rentals. Additional deposit amounts would be added when a pet or extra adult(s) is added.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, but there are limits on the number and size is under 30 pounds (larger pets need approved). An additional $25/pet for the stay, $100 extra cleaning fee, and an additional deposit of $150 is required at the time the pet is included in the lease agreement.
What is occupancy of the house?
Occupancy is 4-6 adults. An additional adult can be added for an additional $100/adult/day.
What parking is available?
Parking is available without a permit for 2-3 cars.
What is within walking distance?
Acheson’s Resort, Froggies, and Tilton Hilton are 1-2 minutes walking from the house.
