How do I get a rental application?
Email your request to: kdkintlhomes@gmail.com An application will be sent to you to complete and return to start the process.
What is included in monthly rent?
Gas, Electric, Water, Sewer, and Trash are included. There is a provision in the lease that excessive use can be added to monthly rent based on overage expense of the specific utility. Internet and City blue trash bags are the responsibility of the renter.
How much is the monthly rent?
Base rent is $900.00/ month. This does not include the extras from pets or roommates.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, the base deposit is one months rent, or $900.00. Additional deposit amounts would be added when a pet or roommate is added.
What size are the apartments?
There are 4 potential apartments that vary in size from 800 to 1000 sq ft.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, but there are limits on the number and size is under 30 pounds. An additional $25/ month is added to rent and an additonal deposit of $400.00 is required at the time the pet is included in the lease agreement.
What is occupancy of each apartment?
Each apartment is set for one individual. Additional people can be added, upon written approval, for an additional $100/month
What parking is available?
Currently street parking is available without a permit. In the future, we are reviewing off street parking behind the house utilizing an old ally/drive.
How do you access each apartment?
One entrance opens into a interior stairway that lead to one first floor and two 2nd floor apartments. One apartment has an exterior door beside the main entrance. Both outside doors are on the front covered porch.
